Don't buy anything form this company without reading reviews about it from other forms. type in ebuyer reviews into google and you will be horrifed.
    Keep smiling, G.

to be fair - you also get one hell of a lot of positive comments.

I've been reading up as i'm planning to buy some computer parts. A lot of people have found them good.

  • Hi there sorry all new to this so please be patient.

I have recently bought a new camcorder from this company and they not only delivered on time they were the cheapest by miles.

    Hope this helps.

a bad review for ebuyer? no way! :o ???
My bloke uses them all the time now, he doesn't have a bad word to say about them and they always come up cheapest.
He's just got a dvd player that is vcd and div-x enabled (or whatever you call it) for under £50 AND they upgraded his delivery option and it was delivered a day earlier.
Obviously, we are just one example and i am aware that all companies have bad service at one time or another, but you'll hear no complaints about Ebuyer from me, i say, not from me! ;D
  • Used em loads of times, always on time, never a problem & usually the cheapest, can't slate them. Problem is if you're happy with the service, you don't tend to summit reviews, if you're unhappy you're much more likely to summit one. Must be the best for flash memory with the free delivery.
    Next year we'll be millionaires!

read the reviews and check out in detail what you are buying and its description. used ebuyer twice now, very good so far, but sometimes the descriptions can be to brief.

Today they cancelled an order of mine saying 'either I had cancelled it, or it was no longer in stock'

This was due to be delivered by tomorrow. They have also taken payment from credit card.

Only the second time of ordering from them, but have certainly been put off by the last minute cancellation :(

I have used ebuyer from the birth of the business.
They have always been very competitive.

In all the years i have used them i have only had one problem which they sorted out albeit in a couple of weeks.

In that sense they are no different to the majority of computer parts suppliers i.e. not terribly responsive to problems.

On the other hand if they are all mostly like that you may as well use the cheapest.
  • i've ordered over 20k of stuff over the years, NEVER had a problem!

a friend did have a problem with a faulty mobo and returns, but that was before they upgraded to the current support system!
