Sort what out you digging up old threads.

There are clearly a number of people who would like to know how to contact 18185, and yes I for one would like MSE to sort this out!!!

Luckily, I never needed to contact them (see post's 6 and 7 above), as I eventually got the bank details to be accepted by 18185, and they started taking payments.

The service is pretty good, and the call costs so much cheaper than BT, so we weren't getting what we paid for with BT! One of these days I will work out how much we have saved - I started a spreadsheet, but haven't finished the formulae

It would be handy to know how to get in touch with 18185 if I needed to though, but unfortunately the OP's question never got answered in this thread :(

I tried to use the phone and instead had a message from them about service being interrupted as i had not paid.I logged into the account and a message telling me the £8.27 payment had failed on my card, I rang the card company and they said no payment had been requested by them...In the meantime I had changed to another card, the payment then came out and when my bill came they had taken £15.81 !! I dont know what to do as there are no contact details to get in touch and their customer service contact is just a series of answers to questions. I found an old email they had sent and used this to contact them but it came back as undeliverable.
  • Just sent them a message, went thru the route of report a fault and asked for a relpy with a valid email address i can reply to... also sent a message to http://www.finarea.ch/
