Freezer Food Labeling

We are getting on well with the money saving ideas, especialy cooking in bulk and freezing some for later.
There was no problem when we could remember what was in each packet, but we are fast reaching the stage of Pot Luck.
If it had a lable on it it has come off, or any writing that was on the package now resembles Egyptian hieroglyphs.
Any sugestions would be apreciated.

I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

i have 'portions' of food all bagged up, then different types of food in different supermarket bags with biro on the outside telling me what they are! It seems to stay on better than labels.:happyhear0

Yeah we use permanent marker pens and they work well or you can even buy pens now that call themselves freezer pens!Weight Loss - 102lb0

But I can vouch for the Lakeland labels: not only do they stay on but they COME OFF when you want to re-use the container!Signature removed for peace of mind0
