    Lancaster

Free evening and weekend parking near the Prison AKA Lancaster Castle (LA1 1YL), 3 minute walk from City Centre.

Free Car park outside Halfords/Comet/Currys (customers only :)

Small evening charge applies at small car park near Cinema/Wetherspoons, but good location when lazy.
  • If I remember correctly, it is free parking on single yellow after 18:30 on friday and saturday evening and all day Sunday. But spaces do run out quickly since it's a popular part of town for late nights.

    Heres one for Scottish people:

Falkirk: Free parking on a Sunday in Callander Square shopping centre's car park :)
  • Free parking on road outside Matalan's
If you are cheeky then you can park freely in the dentist's car park at end of Park Road
Or also in the Adult college grounds
When life throws you lemons...put them in a gin and tonic !!

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    Central London/West End places anyone??

    For BRIGHTON:-

    1. Obviously single yellows are a good bet (generally off
peak hours but check signs) - in town centre North St, Castle Street,
    around Wester Rd

    2. NCP car park has reduced rates after 6pm (but a while
since i used them so would have to double-check!)

    3. Waitrose car park a good bet if short stay (ie. under 90mins) but
have to spend £5 (which is quite easy as they have magazines and
    of course food/groceries).
Profit from Matched Betting = £13,655

Just be careful about straying into London Borough of Hackney as a lot of the controls in that area end at 10.30pm!! Just check the signs before leaving your car as you may get a nasty suprise on your return. It is probably OK on a saturday, but we got a ticket on a Friday night.
