Monument/Aqua credit cards are these owned by the Halifax?

hi...I heard recently that both the Monument and Aqua credit cards are connected to the Halifax. Is this correct?:j

    Aqua yes, Monument no.
    Monument is operated by Compucredit and underwritten by R Raphael’s Private Bank.

    Aqua is officially run by SAV Credit I think which is underwritten by Halifax. Monument is not. Where did you "hear" this anyway?
