Is It Possable to Buy a property for Under £10,000

Is it actully possable to buy a house or flat or any property for under £10,000. The cheaper the better. I am Looking for an investment for the (Very) long term future, so was looking in buying a very cheap property, slowly over time do it up and sell and become Rich (well make some money)
Anyone know if it is possable, if so how?

Well this one is £5 under £5k, with a sea view aswell.

It has 4 walls, a roof AND running water!
