What about turkey? Me and a female friend are going in september to Marmaris. Apparently its good if you are aged between 18-30. But also has quiet areas to im not sure as I have not been yet. From what I have read on the internet they like english money & also use turkish lira. So no euros as far as I can see. And its cheap too !

A lot of people on here around your age seem to be favouring Amsterdam at the moment?

That's the school holidays and you'd be paying higher school holiday prices, perhaps consider going earlier perhaps late June or early July.

It doesn't really make much difference if you go in the first week of July or first week of August you will still pay around the same prices for lads holidays. Few of my mates have mentioned Tenerife but Ive never really heard of that as a lads holiday before.

If you were a little older I'd say look into Las Vegas but maybe save that one til your all 21!

Tenerife is most definately a 'lads holiday' destination - the resort being Playa De Las Americas. It's got one of those infamous Linekar bars which I'm sure you'll know all about from previous lads hols.

I loved lloret de mar when I was 18-25ish the clubs are great - and the bars are also excellent - during the day you can also go to Barcelona etc.

looking on BookMe2.co.uk you can go for a week to the 3* Casino Royal on all-inclusive for £395 each (from Gatwick) departing on 28th July - as that includes most of your drinks, and the hotel is very central in the resort - you'll just need 'topping up' money for late night after the all-inclusive has finished...

do not go to this hotel!!! read the reviews on trip advisor and they are terrible. we have been to lloret a number of times. try the bolero apartments for a cheap clean place to stay you are responsible for keepin your apartment clean as the maids do not come in to clean so great if you all have hangovers as you don't need to get up for the maid service. you put your towels and empty loo rolls along with rubbish outside your door and they will replace them for you we booked this place thru kwik travel and itr cost £126 for 10 days (1 bed self catering) costa ecantada is brilliant but more family orientated and a bit further out from the clubs and more expensive but well worth the extra it's a brilliant hotel. royal star and royal beach are also both h-tops and 4* and much better than the casino royal. the alexis is the 3 star h-top at the other end of the beach and loads better than the casino imo although the reviews are still not great. Hope you find something and have a good holiday
