Hi all,

I just wondered those of you who rent properties out, if you do the viewing yourself do you have a personal vetting set of questions that you like to ask the prospective tenant? I know the EA carries out checks & things but do you ask questions as well? Has anyone who rents ever been asked a list of questions & how do you feel about it?
