    Try using a steam iron, 1" away from the surface, and then rollering it back onto the wall - there may be enough paste residue left on the paper that you will re-hydrate to stick it back down.

    almost any simple glue will work for small areas of wallpaper.
    i use the grandkids pva white glue. which we buy in very large pots for 99p.
    Get some gorm.
