Passing on family wealth-buy a flat-buy land in Canada?

I love my kids and I like to look 15 years ahead if possible. I am currently negotiating on a flat to put in my eldest sons' name which he will rent out (as it's cheaper for him to live at home and get his washing done etc etc). As he works is there a legal way of mitigating his tax liability as he is on about £12-15,000 a year salary.
With 4 kids and my 15 year (look into the future) I am seriously concerned that they will be having to pay HUGE amounts of tax (which feeds fatcats but not the genuinely poor) on their salaries within the next 10 years and the balance of their future will soon change.
As all of our local Chambers of Commerce are actively advertising for cheap European workers (who are coming over and not paying ANY tax) thus being better off than local kids on minimum wage jobs. Is it just me or do other people share my point of view on the youngsters future? Is the future any brighter for us oldies?
As the universe is expanding faster than we all thought - should our youngsters follow the lead of the other youngsters and just GO elsewhere leaving the UK to an ageing population that struggles to find Carers/Nurses/Doctors.
I've also bought a few acres as a bolthole in an area of Canada that has an ageing population and would really benefit from young blood, but Canada like a good few other Countries prefer to use their own labour and not encourage immigration. We may have mutual admiration but blood and Nationality are two different facets. I personally think ONE World ONE Human Race.
I appreciate that what I have and love has taken me many years and 5 mortgages to get where I am today and I'm definitely not from inherited money stock and not privileged by association with Royalty/Government centralization.
I have more than I NEED but I try to do the best for my blood and provide for my fellow man. Would any one be interested in getting rid of current Global politics and forming a Globla Party where the Human Race HAS to work for the common good. We all only NEED so much to eat and so much space to keep our heads dry.
In this age of technology we shouldn't NEED to rely on our respective Governments for safety/advice/help. Money is the root of mans' problems. The highest paid member of my Global Party would earn the same as the lowest paid member of the human race. Everything would be open to public scrutinisation from ANY Country. I have an old computer but how do I convert it to feed the poor - there has to be MASSIVE LARGE SCALE THINKING to implement a Global Eutopia.
OK I will shut up now as we all have some thinking to do.

Isnt this what Stalin tried to do in the country formely known as Russia.
Communism is a great idea in principle but in reality it doesnt quite work. Human greed is just to powerfull. Goodluck seting up your eutopian state.Watch out, you never know who is about.0 -
Thanks I was expecting a comment on communism. In reality though it is not my personal wish to set up my personal eutopia - it should be every human being who isn't greedy most fervent wish to live in harmony with his/her fellow man.
Some people like to fight and save tons of money under their bed because they are scared that someone would do unto them if they don't do it first. Perhaps some people really believe that war is GOOD for the economy and evry citizen on this small planet of ours.0 -
Perhaps another way for your to economise would be to stop typing."YOU WANT THE CASH? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE CASH"0
