ds lite use on aeroplanes

does anyone know if you can use a ds lite on ryanair please? I looked on the webiste but am still unsure as it seemed to br referring more to mobiles and laptops. thanks for any advice

Probably can't use it during first and last portion of flight but during the cruise probably OK.0

It's absolutely fine to be used on board, but only when the fasten seatbelt sign is switched off.
Electronic equipment can be used in-flight, but if it has signal-receiving equipment it must have this function disabled while airborne.0 -
