My Dyson has finally given up and I thought I'd replace it by a Miele. Any ideas of the best place to buy it from?

You could put the model number into google, e.g "Miele XXX price comparison" then see what comes up.
I did this, got the best internet price and then went to my local supplier and asked if he could match it. He got close enough and I'd rather buy from him than an internet site in case there are any problems as I can just pop it back there rather than pack it up and send it back through the post/courier.0
