ebay feedback question

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I know Ive read the answer to my question somewhere, but I cant remember it, nor can I find it on ebay itself, or anywhere on google, or even on here!

So here goes...

As a buyer on ebay, I can leave any feedback I want to, but what feedback can a SELLER leave? I know they can't leave negative, but can they leave neutral? :confused:

    They can leave neutral or positive , or none

    As a seller you can only leave postive feed back on ebay.

    One can only leave positive feedback, but the comment doesn't have to be ;)

    One block troublesome bidders or include stricter bidder criteria by using the tools at Buyer/Bidder Management. G

    That's a bad idea as it is considered feedback abuse and not only will the feedback get removed by the seller leaving it gets a warning on their seller dashboard.

    Also, why on earth should a bad buyer get rewarded with a positive anyway and just increase his score?

    You have a point, but what if it's true (I realise it could still be seen as feedback abuse). A bad buyer needs to be known as much as a bad seller.

    Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
