Reclaim bank charges and further damages

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help.......
Without going into too much detail, i am able to prove that, during my divorce, through no fault of my own, my account went into unagreed overdraft.
The overdraft charges levied on me by HSBC amounted to the removal of 10% of my net salary for '07/'08.
This caused me great fianancial difficulty, resulting in me firstly having to use my credit card, then having my credit rating ruined, an finally having to take loans from freinds and family to stay above water.
Finally the bank has just put me onto a managed loan situation.
I am seriously considering not only taking the bank for my unfair charges, but also for the total and utter disrepair they have cuased in my life as a direct result of these charges.
In all they have taken my money, ruined my credit forced me into further debt, and now have put me into a managed situation.
Surely i can take them on for all this?
