Advice needed

Hi,

I sent my bank a letter 2 weeks ago asking for my bank charges back with a spreadsheet detailing the charges over the past 5 years. I recieved a letter back and was wondering if anyone could have a look at it and give me some advice of the best thing to do next?

hi sorry my mistake iv read your letter you need to fill in the income and expenditure form they ve sent you they the bank will make a desision on that sorry am not good at spelling haha
