I am a full time post grad student so low income ( benefits) I need to borrow £3000 for a car, I have an excellent credit rating but how do i go about getting the loan without regular income? Course finishes in June so will be working full time.

  • Hi ya,

Have you thought about Career Development Loans? They are interest free (well interest is paid by Govt.) for the duration of your course and you won't have to pay anything unitl one month after your course has finished. They are quite high borrowing so after your course has finished, move the loan.

There are three banks who do them Barclays, Co-operative, and the Royal bank of Scotland.
    Debts (As of 10th September):
    Original - £7938.11, Now - £0

Matched Betting Profits (From 05/11/06): £1026.45 (of which £214.20 is cashback)
