Rbs Royalties Charges(which Is Which)

 HI EVERYBODY.I have a problem telling one charge from another so which to claim and which to not.On the statements i have recieved all the charges are writen as "charges"except for referrals so how do i tell wnich is a service fee and which is not.The service fee as far as i am aware should be £10 which it seems to be for a few months but then it changes upto £40 for a few more months and then goes back to £10 and so on.The other "charge" does vary every month in odd amounts eg£11.75 etc(this is not interest).Any help in this matter would be very, very much appreciated.thank you in advance.
Peter.
