Getting bank charges if you close an account - is it possible?

I have an Alliance & Leicester Premier Account and I'm thinking of closing it down because they keep charging me as I have to put £500 into it each month. However, they have charged me bank charges on three separate occasions in the past, which I'm going to try to get refunded. If I do close the account would I be unable to reclaim the money back?

Were the bank charges legitimate ones if so you probably won't get all of them back. I doubt you will get the money anyway so you have to decide what to do we can only say what we would do which may or may not be right in your case.Keep In Touch0
