Recovering a sofa

Options
Hi....has anyone used any good companies that recover sofas? I have tried Plumbs, but they sent a "consultant" who was just a sales person and would only give me the prices for the "designer range" which was somewhere in the several hundred pound mark...anyone have any experience of this that could help?

Someone asked this yesterday. I would try local re-upholstery firms rather than a national. A local firm wont send a salesman whose on commission for what orders he can get.
