We are going to Stratford on Wednesday this week for an overnight stay with our 2 little ones ( 9 and 1).Can anybody reccommend anywhere to eat at night that is family friendly and reasonable ?
we,ve been a few times but not stopped overnight so also , where would be best place to park overnight ? (we are staying at the travelodge and assume there isnt going to be any parking spaces.
Sorry to bombard you with all of these questions , but i'm sure there are some kind people out there:money:
Thanks:beer:

According to the Travelodge website, they have parking facilities.
Re. eating, there is a Carluccio's on Waterside - the food is nice, it's not too expensive and as it's Italian, they'll be happy to have children there. Otherwise there are several restaurants round the corner on Sheep Street from a (rather good) fish and chip shop on the corner with Waterside to some rather more expensive places futher up the street.3-6 Month Emergency Fund #14: £9000 / £10,0000 -
Lots of places have pre-theatre dinner deals so have a look around to see what's on offer. They're aimed at those who want to eat early so should suit you with young children. Stratford isn't that big so most places are close together. Also if you have any of the many vouchers around at the moment there is a Cafe Rouge and Pizza Express in the town centre.0

There is a Pizza Express, which could be handy if you print out the 2 for 1 vouchers which are around.
This one is also mentioned in a review for being family friendly, haven't been there myself though:

Be aware you are not staying in the centre of Stratford so it's a very long walk into the town with young children.
If you want a general family pub there is the Red Lion which is very family friendly and very reasonably priced, find Mothercare (next to BHS) and cross the road. There's also a Beafeater opposite. You should have no problems eating in Stratford! A visit to Hatton Farm, if you have time, is good fun for young ones too.0 -
The Rose and Crown on Sheep Street used to serve good pies in the dining room at the front. I haven't been there in ages, so couldn't tell you if the definitely still do. The Most Haunted House in Stratford <TM> is opposite. It's even naffer than the Derrick Acorra thing, but my American friends loved it.0
