  • thank you soooo much.

i received my item today (£10) and was rather disgruntled because it charged me full price and p and p  . i phoned up using the 0800 number and spoke to a lovely chap and he's taken care of it for me, saying he'll adjust it on my records. wahoo...

just to add any futher advice, with any ordering online promo codes like these, where poss i tend to click payment to a new online account with them rather my credit card to save inconvenience with refunding etc...i don't know if that's wise or not but as yet, i've had no transactions billed to my c/c and all my accounts with companies have been 0.

I haven't got an account with addictions but want to pay by card would this still work for that? As it is still showing for the full amount and includes p + p, it says the total is £13.50 but don't want to press confirm purchase because I am not paying that much if this code works! I don't even know how to set up an account it's not exactly easy is it?
