hsbc hardship letter and address

Ive seen the templates for reclaiming bank charges and im just wondering is there another one for the hardhip cases? Also does the letter just go to the hsbc address on the other posts or is there another address for hardship cases?

HI I am currently in the process of claming from HSBC for £1800 (from May 07)sent letter stating in hardship and cannot make my monthy outgoings. after receiving an income and expeniture leaflet called them and they said they have not received it, completed one over phone, I have since had a phone call for a more detailed joint In/Ex the chap tells me he will call me back tomorro, starge enough only today I have been calculating my new charges since first claiming in May 07 which total £675 I brought this to the attention of the caller who said they wll take this into consideration........... whatch this space, will update you tomorro0
