Bad debt because of Bank charges

Barclays have just sent my account to their debt recovery people. I protested that the court's decision was still awaited but they progressed to this stage anyway. The total of charges I applied to the courts for consideration amounted to £2000 more than the overdraft, so the WHOLE overdraft has been caused by bank charges! Has anyone else experienced this bullying tactic? Can they legally (or at least morally) call in this debt whilst there is an outstanding court case? Any advice or help most appreciated.

There is a slight possibility that they may ring you from time to time.

Don't know about the legality my friend but I just try to ensure I pi55 them about as much as possible when they ring. There are some right nasty pieces of work especially if it's RW.
