So an average of £6 each to just 200,000 customers affected.
Not the average of £30 to it's 2 million gas customers that was first alleged.
Those affected who are still an nPower customer will receive a credit on their next bill. (Any affected ex-customers will be sent a refund)"Now to trolling as a concept. .... There is a very long thread on this; the conclusion there is that it is a whitewash by ofgem.
Direct Debacle who is the 'main man' on that thread won £1300 damages from NPower and loads more got lesser sums and there are further claims in the pipeline.0
