Just found out about this.
Have i got it right £1 per kid and free adult?0 -
I think our local one is £2.50 per ticket with 1 free adult per child.
Cineworld do film club on a Sat for £1 per person.
Vue cinemas also do one for around £1.75 per child with an adult free.
All excellent value.
Think Cineworld is just Sat am but the others will probably run on weekdays over Easter Hols.0 -
We love kids club. Our local little cinema does Saturday and Sunday mornings for £1.50 and adults free, the also do popcorn and a drink for £2.20. They do newish films there (off to see Bolt on Saturday) as well which is great.
Cineworld do Saturday mornings for £1 a person, adults and kids, but the films are older - around 4-6 months - and they do a 'munch box' for £2.80 which has popcorn, a drink, some chocolate and a little toy. Enough to keep the kids occupied until the film starts. You can check the listings on the cineworld website, the screenings that start at 10.00, 10.10 and 10.20 are the kids club films for that Saturday.
Tip though: Buy the tickets in advance or get there early as it often gets very packed (especially on wet days) and can sell out. If you get tickets in advance you can go in when the doors open without queueing!!
I've not really known any clubs that run through the week in the holidays though - which is a huge shame as we would go. Last week Bolt was sold out at our little one - would have cost us £3 to get in 2 adults and 2 kids - to see it at Cineworld would have been over £34 BEFORE 6pm and that was before treats. Shocking!!0 -

Ah, I see now that is because the ones near us have nothing scheduled, so they do not do it round here and so it is not advertised.
I've looked on other cinemas though and there are only 2 films to choose from for the entire week - one of which we have already seen (and I can HIGHLY recommend Bedtime stories as it is really funny for adults and kids!! Think the parents were laughing more than the kids as it went right over their heads) - so it is not like the kids can go every day as it would be the same film over and over.
Do they do this at Butlins? They didn't last year when we was there, is this a new thing?0 -
Bumpety bump. How to train your dragon is showing this weekend and most of next week!!:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A
