  • I got my lovely bouquet from Sarah's Flowers and couldn't recommend them enough. They had everybody fooled, even our photographer - she went forward to touch them wondering what one of the flowers was and gasped and said 'oh my god, they're not real!!!'.

    Hi all,
Just to let you know we went with Aisle Be Yours. Sherrie was so helpful and answered all of my questions. She came up with some great ideas for the flowers too. They arrived at the weekend and they are beautiful. I am so happy with them, made so well and look real too! I love them!

Easilyamused - your bouquet is stunning and looks lovely in the snow. Would love to see more of other peoples flowers!

I have ordered mine for my wedding in July from Ebay seller plimmer78 - http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Flowers-By-Sara

I was not sure about having artificial flowers as I really wanted them to look real but I really loved the idea of having them as a keepsake afterwards. So I ordered a bridesmaid posy to see what they were like. Sara did a fantastic job of figuring out exactly what I wanted and when it arrived it was brilliant! So I have ordered all of my personal flowers through her (the venue flowers are already included in the package). I cant wait to get them. Will post some pics when I receive them.

The way I see it, the artificial ones have an advantage in that they act as a keepsake, I get them beforehand so am not stressing on the day, saved £150 over real flowers, they look real anyway, wont wilt during the day, wont have any qualms in throwing the bouquet (or one of the bridesmaids ones anyway lol).

Just wanted to add that as far as I am aware (and I certainly could be wrong), the foam flowers are the most "real" looking and they absorb scents so can even be sprayed to smell like real flowers! :)

Hi there, I have made my bridesmaids bouquets. I bought the flowers from the market in town and pinned some diamante pins in the middle of the buds. They have cost a total of £8 for both.

I echo this - I have foam flowers and I absolutely love them

I sprayed them with perfume before I put them away in their box and they really do hold the smell :T
