I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, can you elaborate please?
You can draw whatever you have in your paypal account, in fact personally I would never leave a balance in there at all, I like paypal but I don't trust them!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I don't believe there is a limit on your physical paypal balance, but I stand by my original post in that I certainly wouldn't leave any balance in there at all.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hi,
when you first set up a paypal account, you are indeed limited to the amount you can withdraw into your bank account each month.
I can't remember exactly how you get the amount lifted (it was a while ago with me), but I seem to remember it says in paypal when you look at the amount available to withdraw something about verifying with a phone number or something. You can do this immediately. Sorry I can't be more specific, but if you check your paypal account the answer is there

That isn't a limit for withdrawing that is the limit for receipt before advanced verification is needed. Once you hit the lifetime limit for receipts on paypal you must do all the advanced verification do da otherwise your account is frozen. However the limit is very low on a lifetime basis and it is easy to hit with a reasonable turnover quite quickly.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The first cut and paste refers merely to personal accounts and I assume that it is unlikely that OP has one of those if she sells on ebay, but keep reading, the second bit is th ebit that refers to receiving limits
4.1 Personal Account Receiving Limit. If you have a Personal Account, you may not receive more than £250 per month in funds. Once you have received £250 in a month, we will place subsequent payments in pending status, and you will be required to upgrade to a Premier or Business Account to accept the pending payments. This clause 4.1 does not apply to you if you are a registered UK User.
.3 Lifting your receiving limit. The transaction receiving limit on your Account is £1,700 (or 2,500 Euro for applicable non-UK Users) per calendar year starting from the date that payment activity first took place on your Account. In order to lift your receiving limit, you must complete the steps set out below. We may also require other information from you to assist us in lifting your receiving limit and you agree to comply with any request for further information as we may reasonably require to enable us to lift this limit.- In the UK: 1) Set up Direct Debit and complete the Random Deposit Process 2) confirm your location via your telephone or post and complete the Expanded Use Programme and 3) for Premier and Business Account holders, provide supplemental business information.
