For those of you who are prepared to spend £200 on a non branded 17 TFT monitor with long repsonse time - take a look at this before you waste your money: http://www.microdirect.co.uk/ProductInfo.aspx?ProductID=7820&GroupID=458 Says 'Special Offer' so I don't know how long it is at that price for. But it's huge, got faster…

You can buy a DVI cable from Ebay for a couple of quid. Usually on your videocard a DVI connector is white and oblong, an analog (D-sub) connector is blue and trapezium shaped (like \==/).
If you've only got one connector on your videocard, it's more than likely a d-sub, I don't think they do any DVI only cards yet.

No reliance should be placed on the above.
