shall i put a re-claim for bank charges

hi i am asking this on behalf of someone else they have started the the bank claim charges and has heard nothing should he put in another re-claim form in or wait until to see what happens i know its going to take another 6 months as i read up on it not sure if i should put in a re-claim it back form thanks
