My revenge for TDS

TDS (lettings dispute service) have made a decision on disput in landlord's favour where all the evidences clearly shown I was right. According to information freedom act I am going to request TDS on statistics on their decisions to reveal if they are totally pro-landlord organizations.
Could anyone tell me are there any samples of information freedom act based requests avainable in the internet?
Could TDS try to charge me for processig my request?
What should I do if they refuse to reveal this info or just ignore me?
Thanks

Freedom of Information doesn't apply to almost all companies - TDS included, so you can't make a FOI request to them. If you feel the decision is unfair, you could try their complaints procedure.
I wouldn't use it as a chance for "revenge" though - stick to the facts as hearsay and abuse seldom achieve positive outcomes.0 -
Maybe you are right. But why not to ask them about this statistics for publishing or just to publish that they have refused to disclose it. They will pay with their reputation in any case.0
