Looking for C and E (hgv) application form download
my son is in the army and asked me to get hold of a provisonnal driving licence form that has the C and E catogories.
he is 19, and i believe there is a part in the application form that he has to tick as being in the army and under the age of 21 which is the requirement of this in civvy street.
can some one direct me to a link where i can download the application form please

I also needed these forms this week and apparently the D2 is not downloadable but the D4 is however I could not find it on www.direct.gov.uk
You can request them direct from DVLA by ringing 0870 240 0009 or emailing [EMAIL="drivers.dvla@gtnet.gov.uk"]drivers.dvla@gtnet.gov.uk[/EMAIL]
They are also available at a DVLA Local Office if you have one nearby.
