Halifax-1 Card

I requested a bt to M&S card on 1st Feb. As of today, 9th Feb, still not credited to M&S! I need it by 11th Feb. Do any other cards take so long to bt, especially interested in LTSB as I will use them next week?

Card issuers typically say something like "Allow 7 to 10 days for the BT to go through. You may still need to make a minimum payment to your old card". With any luck you should be OK for the 11th but it is going to be close. Why not call Halifax and ask them what the progress is.

Thanks Clairman, phoned H/Fax, they said it takes up to 10 days. When questioned, they said 10 "working days", which is 15th Feb. Please be aware of this other users!Don't waste your words I don't need,
