Hey,
This time it's about my sister's laptop. The browser windows sometimes suddenly close on their own without any error message - why would this be?
And although she's installed Ad-Adware AND Ad-Watch, she keeps getting these stupid annoying pop up ads for random things. Any remedy?

Sounds like some spyware is on the laptop. I had this when i downloaded a fake version of MSN looked exactly like the real one even the site looked like MSN. I had to virus software, Spyware over and over again but it was all sorted. I also have ad blockers etc but they didnt block it.0
