flue problems

hiya had my fire serviced the other day and did the smoke bomb test where all the smoke is supposed to go up the flue but most of it came back in the house had a look in the loft and steel flue pipe has come away from the base, we also have cracks on the plaster above the fire. So has it has come away reckon something has dropped down, Phoned home insurance but they said not covered dont know what to do now or who to call guy who serviced the fire was hopeless any ideas

    Look in Yellow Pages for a local fireplace specialist.
    I can afford anything that I want.
    Just so long as I don't want much.
