For the sake of my purse/bank balance I had to stop reading this Boots Grabbit thread every day!! Too much temptation to be found here!
And like you say, none of the glitches worked in the BOT store and even if they did the SA wouldn't let you have it anyway!!

So I only come on here from time to time now to catch up and seek advice from a great bunch of people who are always willing to help... I sometimes (VERY rarely) find a bargain..come on here to post only to find that someone found it first!

In BOT today I used a perky with No 7 today and realised I had a 250 points voucher too so I asked if the SA would try it, she said "yes, we'll try anything" I said that not everyone would and thanked her loads. It wasn't one of the No7 SA's but it was on the perfume till near No7 so they're not all bad.

It's nice when you get a kind SA. It really does make a huge difference.. makes the buying process more enjoyable.

I usually go to a Boots located on a retail park now. And the ladies there are lovely and really friendly. We usually have a little natter whilst I'm being served and it makes all the difference. More like a village shop than a chain. I don't go in very often so they don't know me, so they must chat to all the people the same.

Why do we usually remember the bad experiences rather than the good?

Please forgive me if i am wrong, but there seems to be a joke that we are not up on ?
I don't think there is any joke, i think last time round when there was a sanctuary GWP there was also a £3 money off voucher inside ( but I don't think it would scan on much ) si it was fingers crossed there would be one this time , but hopefully working x
EDIT: Melgirl has confirmed no voucher
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

No its not a joke, some people had these last year and there was a voucher in them, I was just wondering if they had them in this time. Also there were a lot of items with Sanctuary vouchers in that wouldnt scan, and now do. Did I say something that sounded like a joke?

What are the best/cheapest items to get with the No7 voucher?

The 'best' item is something you know you will use. The 'cheapest' depends on whether you're lucky enough to be able to get to a branch that has some reduced (in some cases 50% or even 75% off) No7 items.

can't really get in anywhere else with the hnd i'm doing just now, plus the uni i'm *hoping to go to* is just across the road from my current college! yay
which is a bonus, as we have to go back there to do languages, the uni don't teach languages and its part of the course.
though might be stuck with what to do with me again, as i done the uni spanish class this year, cause my college was at a loss about what to do with me. I speak spanish, french and italian

    yeah it is :)
  • No7 gwp ( both ladies and mens ) not being added with 1 purchase now. Plus full spend is required. Not being added with the half price electricals, unless spending the full £18 either. The Sanctuary gwp is OOS, as are the cheaper sachets etc.
