I tried this morning for a GWP with a No7 £3.XX exfoliating scrub thingy and the till bleeped so didn't get the GWP. Got the scrub free with the perkie.

Bristol Broadmead had a few mini santuary pots of bath gel for around 51p instead of £2.20, nothing of much interest on the clearance shelf. Some of that stuff has been there for months and they have not reduced it again so still too expensive!!!! Saw the new Extracts range, large tubs of scrub with Bergamont for £4.xx didn't notice any minis though.

tried it on in Reading the morning - with a cheeky grin i asked the No7 SA about it, and she'd not heard of it " probably means they've got loads left in the .com warehouse"

also got her to scan the exfoliator as 'someone I know got it half price yesterday? :D' but it's new packaging so full price

ended up coming away empty handed, but will be back armed with perkies, points voucher and a clear head as to what I *actually* want :rotfl:

I'm quite relieved, in a way, that this hasn't worked instore - as I really don't need another GWP, and if it worked, I'd end up buying loads of stuff in £5 lots to get more perkies, and then more GWPs etc etc etc.

Nothing much inspiring me in my acm vouchers, or clearance stands around her either. Maybe I'll give Boots a miss altogether this week - note I said maybe :rotfl:

My purplies are feeling unloved and unwanted - feel like a bad mummy!! Will make them happy at the weekend!

Totally off topic sorry. But I know a lot of people on this board have a history of Breast Cancer, and wanted to post this alert from the BBC

Actress Wendy Richard dies at 68

Former EastEnders actress Wendy Richard has died aged 68, her agent has confirmed. The star, who played Pauline Fowler in the BBC One show, had been suffering from cancer.
