I think you've read it wrong, i read it as 'toner is still there with gwp' ? Not working with no spend for me.

no minimum spend ive found is £5.14 then postage....still too expensive for me, although a bargain

Yeah the pink ribbon face powder is the cheapest item - I just stopped myself buying it - was just ready to pay and realised I didn't need it!!! lol!
