sorry didn't know where else to post - but had very odd experience with Luton Boots today...

I saw someone shifty in the same aisle pick something up, but didn't see them put it back down.. ok - maybe I blinked and missed it. so I watched. Two items disappeared. I went to go and tell a member of staff nearby, only to be told "yeah well everybody's at it" :shocked:

I then went to look for another member of staff to get the manager's name - needless to say it was his day off, and as he's new she didn't quite know how to spell his name!

unbelievable. wish I had filmed it, cos people just don't believe me!

Sorry, I've just realised I posted that the 3 x Bath Soaks would be £23.60, for POGs, when they would be £23.40 - so it would be 2 GWPs with that whole purchase and not 3 - unless anyone knows of a No 7 item for 20p!!

But you Bright Young Things will be fine and get your 3!! xx

I managed a good little shop yesterday. I wombled a wrinklie and used it straight away. Got 2x L'Oreal men fatigue sets and managed to get an Olay GWP finally. Hot tip, Olay rep not on patrol on a Sunday, at least not in my store and some lovely young men serving at the tills at the weekend.;)

Saw some Radox shower gels but these were overpriced at 98p (Guildford), have had these at 49p elsewhere. 2 patently obvious lavender handwashes left 88pish and one Naked juniper hand wash 98p. These were downstairs. The L'Oreal sets were on bottom shelf not with a SEL of their own. When I went to get them price checked nice lad was gobsmacked at the price.

DH came to find me with DS1 and distracted me so forgot to check for the Gillete putters! Never mind, can't have anything. Lots of Love Notes booklets by fragrance counter.

They've run out of wrinklies in Luton Boots in the main shopping centre. Not impressed as I even divided my shopping into two groups to get two only to be told they'd run out! :mad:

Managed to get
4 x reduced T & G free with hairy and 600 points
2 x roc reduced sets for 2.27 after wrinklie
2 x olay scrubs (love this) 1.** with wrinklie
meal deal with 3 x cream eggs, BLT sandwhich and BOGOF drinks,
hadnt read about 1/2 price p&p so will have to go back, well it would be rude no too.

Been lurking for a bit but this is my first post - I used to think Boots was overpriced and throw away vouchers / ignore the ACM but you guys have opened my eyes to a whole new world so just wanted to say a big big thanks for all the glitches and advice, keep up the good work and hopefully once I get the hang of it a bit more I'll be the first to spot something to share with you all!
