Paypal says unclaimed

I have partly refunded someone who brought something of me this wk well when i looked on my paypal account it say unclaimed by the buyer what does this mean please
Won 2010: Butlins 5 day Break and £250, 1 yr Virgin Active membership, Meal for 10 at Best Parties Ever, skyline 2011 dvd.

    Go and check because it makes a lot of difference. If you just refunded the original payment your fees get returned with the payment so it is better for you and the buyer notices no difference.

    If you send a new payment the buyer must pay fees and more worryingly the original payment stays there to be chargebacked later. Never refund by sending a new payment.
