If the agency were only a tenancy finder, why aren't you able to deal with the LL direct?
Also, could you ask the agency/LL for the engineers phone number and contact them directly?0 -

If you had read all my posts you will see i have contacted the landlord direct several times, anyway i give up, my landlord obviously doesn't give a monkeys. I am going to contact British gas and get them to come out, i will deduct whatever they charge from my rent....enough is enough.
Before anyone says I can't do this, I don't actually care anymore...why should I?... the landlord obviously couldn't give two hoots about us despite taking my money each month:mad:0
