Understanding Amex Cashback

in Credit cards
I took out the card in January last year. As far as I remember, at the time the deal was this:
5% on first £4000 spent = £200 cashback
1.5% on everything else if you spent more than £10k
I spent £19600. So I should have earned
5% on first £4k = £200
1.5% on £15600 = £234
Total of £434
Instead I got £320. Can anyone understand the difference? And has anyone else successfully challenged it? If I remember right several of us took out AMEX cards at the same time so it must be hitting other people around now too….any suggestions welcomed.

.
Here is my maths
4K @ 5% = £200
3.5K@ 0.5%= £17.5
6.5K @ 1% = £65
5.6K @1.5% = £ 84.00
Total = £366 ish, depending how much you spent in the first 3 months which are capped. So i think the Amex figure is probably correct.0 -
