How to Quickly find Current Interest Rates for Old Accounts?
LRS
To help save a great deal of time having to dig around bank and building society websites trying to find current interest rates for my many historical savings and ISA accounts that I have collected over the years.
Can anyone tell me if there is one website that collects and consolidates all of the bank and building society current interest rates for both historical and current accounts?
Thanks;

This gives historic rate (changes) throughout the past 12 months. Select 'Savings' and 'Last Year' from the dropdowns and then plough through the (very long!) page using 'Control+F' to search for specific occurrences of the bank or building society in the title of a news item. This will find about 99% of all rate changes in the past 12 months (assuming you just want to go back that far) for a given account. It is even better than simply going to the bank or building society's own website as most will only list 'current' and 'previous' rates (although a few do seem to have an 'archive' of past rates).....under construction.... Hi Milarky
Many thanks for your rapid reply!
I can’t seem, however, to find the 'Last Year' option after selecting ‘Savings’. When I select ‘Savings’ I get the following options only:- Fixed Rate & Bonds
- Variable Rate
- ISAs
- Regular Savings
- Current Accounts
- National Savings
- Childrens Savings
- Offshore fixed
- Offshore Variable

I have also tried, think you must have to be a Registered User."Every Pounds A Prisoner "
"Loyalty to the Best Interest Rate"

There was a recent thread about this.
The technique I liked was bookmarking the pages in your web browser in their own folder. Then your able to open all at the same time in different tabs.0
