How do you transfer e-isa to another provider?

I am thinking of opening an abbey isa, I do not want to open a current account. I understand I could open an e-saver and that will be enough. Also when the rates get better, how do you transfer an e-saver to another provider? With abbey e-isa, you have to do everyhing online, how easy is it to withdraw your money? Is it as easy as Yorkshire BS, I have transferred my husband isa to them about 40k? Thanks

The fact it is marketed as an 'e-ISA' has no relevence to transfers. All ISA transfers between providers are currently post and cheque based - and are likely to stay that way for some time to come......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0
