To get past papers for free go to 'emaths' - they also have SATs papers for KS2 and above.
You could also try '11plusforparents'
which explains the entire maths syllabus up to the end of key stage 2 and also has some free papers.

There are a load of English SATs lessons and other bits and pieces at The-english-zone.com. I've used these with the kids - age 7 and 10 - to great effect. It is a paid for site but they do a free membership also which gets you access without charge.0
