    ARGH!

Does anyone know how I can contact Experian- I have an 0870 and 0844 number, both of which gives me no option to speak to an anctual person!

    0115 9344050
    0800 6569000

If you get through to a switchboard, ask for CreditExpert.

    Ah...

disappointment! It is because he lived at his mums, moved and then lived back at his mums apparantly. So one address is on twice. He says this makes no difference to the credit report at all and people can only see one entry. He says if we were to order another report and list an address 4 times they would be duplicated 4 times over.
RE: Notice of Corrections- he said to e-mail to cancel requests which I already did.

So... this has not hindered our application apparantly.. at all. Slightly disappointed as I really thought that may the reason but maybe they see it as he has too much credit or something.

    Oh well!
  • I have just checked my Experian report and it is also showing Duplicate account history / Searches etc.

I have sent them an e-mail asking them to explain and to remove the duplicates.

How can they get away with this??
