Can I Claim Money Back Through Paypal

Hi all,
I recently paid a person through paypal for a game. It was not done through ebay or anything like that. We agreed to do transaction outside and I paid (only 6 pound, so not the world) I know it was silly not going though ebay, but I got the item much cheaper.
They however have not sent the good and are ignoring my emails.
Can I get my money back through paypal and if so how?
Thanks

i am pretty sure you can claim. the only problem is that you can only do 3 paypal claims a year so i honestly wouldnt bother for such a low value item.love you lots like jelly tots

Log in to your paypal account and see what it says! Go into the transaction and try claiming it back - its worth a try - it might not let you - but if you dont try you wont get anything!Weight Loss - 102lb0

I recently had to apply for a refund on an Ebay item (which went through within 4 hours) and when I got to the part of entering details I had the option to say if it was an Ebay item or not, there was no mention at all about a limit of claims per year.
Personally, I would go for it, you have lost out big time, you are entitled to a refund it, does not matter how much you have paid, you have paid, they have not sent the goods, means refund due. Good Luck.
ps, how can PP say only 3 refunds per year, if the customer has been ripped off, they should be able to claim no matter how many times"Dogs come when they are called. Cats take a message and get back to you" :j :j0
