Thank you thats all I needed to know, refusing the item will incur no charges.
On my budget I have to be fickle, this is the first time I've had a problem with amazon, and while I agree with you, I should be able to cancel it before its dispatched, not be told I can't and I'll have to raise a returns form instead.
I wouldn't be complaining if it was dispatched.0 -
Problem solved I emailed them and they apologised for the inconvenience of not being able to cancel the item, and have cancelled it.0
