Bank & Credit Card Charges

Hi all.
Forgive me if the answer to my questions are elsewhere and i have missed them but i would like to claim back some of the charges i have paid on my accounts.
I have previously claimed back my bank dd charges but since then i have incurred further charges. I know the test case is still going on but is it worth trying to cliam these back?
I have had a Barclaycard for a few years and whilst i cannot remember being charged more than £12 i understand that some people are claiming the £12 charges back. Barclaycard have withdrawn my card and i have agreed to pay them 330 a month to clear the debt. Can i claim the charges back and what impact will this have on my arrangement with them?
The last question is not for credit card or bank, but littlewoods catalouge, i have had quiet a few £12 charges for late payment etc are these able to be claimed back?

I have also been wondering about the £12 charges from the CC companies. Everything that I have read about them has been for charges well over £12.I used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.
