Scottishpower Outrage!!
I'm in the process of switching from Scottishpower online to Powergen.
Scottishpower have prevented me from accessing any of my account details, even though the transfer is not complete. Since the entire account was online, this means i have no record of any financial exchanges with them.
Worse still: two unexplained payments have gone out of my bank account to them. Now I have no way of finding where they have gone, or, more worryingly, that I am going to be chanrged the right amount for their services.
Anyone else found this or have any comment to make?
