Hi,
I've previously had an egg card which I cancelled in January 2005.
If I wanted to apply for one again, would I have to wait for more time to pass before they would count me as a "new" customer?
I've looked on their website and can't find any information anywhere - can anyone help?
Thanks,
Rach

Think you'll be ok but I had to contact customer services so they could "hide" my old application details so a new app could go through - previously it said I already had an egg card (which I had of course cancelled). After that it was plain sailing.rlc22 wrote:Hi,

Thanks for the very speedy reply!!
I'll give it a go and call them if necessary (I always like to do things without actually having to pick up the phone!)0 -
